We learn about what Reiki is and is NOT, we unravel the history and principles of the traditional Usui Reiki, and we gain understanding of our energy body, aura, chakras, Reiki guides and ascended masters. We go over the how to’s on opening and closing of a first degree session, on self care and self-healing, and we conclude with practice laying hands to bring energies to balance. Attunements open the student to channel life force energy healing for the highest good of all.

We learn to work with more refined energy. We cover essential Japanese traditional methods of the second degree. We are attuned and opened to a higher frequency. We learn the first two Reiki symbols, and we discover how to use these symbols. We go through self healing and healing others, to bring confidence in our practice. Then we discuss mantras and breath work to attain oneness, before receiving the third distance healing symbol. Learn how to use this symbol, transcending space and time, and about self-healing on the past. Lastly, we will review Reiki from a business angle.

We learn what it means to be a master practitioner, we review what aligning with guidance and living Reiki-Do looks like. We are attuned to the Master symbol and anttuned to work with expanded frequencies. We discuss the opening and closing of a master Reiki session.
